HERO Blackpool

HERO Blackpool was the online home of Blackpool Council’s initiative to teach entrepreneurial thinking at schools across Blackpool. The website had to be attractive to a very wide audience, from 5 to 18 year olds.

For the younger audience I used a comic book style. I morphed that style into Pop Art for the more mature audience. The website needed to be fun and engaging to all the visitors and was widely approved by teachers and students alike.

This website is no longer live. Due to its huge success, the initiative is intended to be introduced across Lancashire and will therefore require re-branding.
